Mont-Royal
Mont-Royal was considered a sacred nature space in times of epidemics. It was thought that access to nature helped in healing and recovery. Having access to this space in the thick of pollution and a booming industrial city was a place of refuge.
This is why I fully support the closure of Camillien-Houde to drivers, and to preserve the natural landscape that this city offers.
Every year the mountain hosts a clean-up. Please join me in April to remove the waste that should not be there.
